Car insurance

We are currently working to improve the accessibility and usability of this site in accordance with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG 1.0) which has been set up to promote world wide standards of access and to encourage wider use of the internet. We have recently audited this site and we are aware of a number of shortcomings which mean that we cannot claim conformance to W3C WCAG 1.0 Level A. However, we are aware of the issues and intend to make changes to increase accessibility in the near future.

Alternative formats

We recognise that some customers require information in alternative formats so we have set up specific teams to assist:

  • If you would like a quote over the telephone please call us on 0800 435207.
  • If you would like to receive information about car insurance in large print or Braille, please contact us on 0800 096 0734.
  • For the deaf or hard of hearing, our textphone number for car insurance is 0800 515152. Please quote reference 827155 when using this service. We are also Typetalk friendly.

To increase the text size

We have designed this site so that the text can be made bigger using the browser controls:
